Our services, in detail

Four services for commercial premises, scoped area by area after a free walk-through.

Program 01 · The same crew, every time

Scheduled office & facility cleaning

Consistency is the whole product. The same crew learns your building, notices what changed, and stops needing to be told. Rotating strangers through a site every week is why most cleaning contracts quietly decline after the first quarter.

  • Nightly or weekly
  • Commercial premises
  • Quoted in writing
  • After-hours access

Stage 1 · Walk-through

Area by area, with you.

Stage 2 · Written scope

What is included, and what is not.

Stage 3 · Crew assigned

The same people, named.

Stage 4 · Inspection

Supervisor checks, documented.

Stage 1 · Assessment

Floor type, finish and current condition.

Stage 2 · Schedule

Planned ahead, around your operations.

Stage 3 · Work

Out of hours, with drying time allowed.

Stage 4 · Honest result

Including where wear is permanent.

Program 02 · On a schedule, not on request

Floor & carpet care

Floors are what visitors judge a building by and the first thing deferred when budgets tighten. Scheduling stripping and extraction annually costs far less than replacing vinyl that was left until the finish wore through to the substrate.

Program 03 · Twice, because of the dust

Post-construction & deep cleans

Construction dust settles for days after the trades leave, which is why a single clean never holds. We budget for a rough clean and a final clean, and we will say so up front rather than returning to argue about it the morning before your opening.

  • Per project
  • Contractors and owners
  • Quoted in writing
  • Site access

Stage 1 · Rough clean

Once the trades are genuinely finished.

Stage 2 · Settling

Dust needs time to fall.

Stage 3 · Final clean

Detailed, including glass and fixtures.

Stage 4 · Walk-through

With you, before handover.

Stage 1 · Audit

Dispensers, types and real usage.

Stage 2 · Par levels

Set so nothing runs out.

Stage 3 · Restocking

Checked on every visit.

Stage 4 · Transparent billing

Cost plus a margin you can see.

Program 04 · Never run out

Consumables & restroom supplies

An empty dispenser generates more complaints than almost anything else in a building. We track usage, restock before it runs out, and bill the consumables at cost plus a stated margin rather than hiding them in the cleaning rate.
